8. As an Officer in the local Police Department, how does your application assist me?
The OSL system is applicable across the entire enterprise; from the officer on the street, to the employee on shift or to senior management. The software allows all employees to access their schedules, time code details, vacation balance, pay out balances and all other ERM functions. The software also has powerful reporting that allows managers to see time-off patterns, manpower availability reports for regular and over time shifts as well as the dollar value of special projects.

9. How difficult is it to add a time code or schedule into your system?
It is actually very easy. OSL allows users to define the time codes, project codes, schedules and many of the data inputs. OSL software is easy to use, flexible and very robust. Our clients are not depending on programmers to change the system…it is easily configured and OSL training will show your users how to design and set up the system based on your organization's requirements.
