Darryl Pochailo founded OSL 12 years ago. He successfully raised funds through shareholders for product development and initial marketing strategies.

Today he is OSL's Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer responsible for overseeing the corporate-wide finance, legal, information technology, manufacturing, human resources, and administrative functions of the company.

Darryl brought to OSL the business expertise needed to build a strong management team committed to success. Darryl and his team's commitment to success built an infrastructure that continues to grow sales revenue and a strong customer base year after year without the assistance of venture capital.

Darryl and his team plan to move forward with an aggressive marketing plan with the completion and release of OSL's version 7.2.

Bob Koblovsky
Interim CEO

Bob Koblovsky is a seasoned business professional with over 30 years of Executive management experience.  

Bob has been involved in a number of technology companies from start-ups to large multi national organizations.

Bob brings senior management experience from across all areas of the organization including but not limited to corporate leadership,  sales, marketing, HR, QA & QC.  

His objective is to lead and grow the OSL team by continuing to forge strong alliances with OSL’s customer base while expanding OSL’s footprint in the markets we serve.

Jeff Schubert
VP of Operations

With 24 years experience in the Ottawa Software Industry. Jeff has extensive software product development and delivery experience.

He joined OSL from a leading North American Software Product Company where he was the VP of Operations. Jeff has served with a number of innovative software development companies in R&D since 1982.

He has a Diploma in Computer Science Technology and is a member of the Project Management Institute. Jeff’s involvement with OSL has established an innovative corporate technology evolution of the OSL suite of products.

Jorge L. Diaz

Manager Software Development and Customer Support

Jorge, leads the Development and Customer Support teams and champions the resolution of all client reported issues.

Jorge’s knowledge of the Microsoft SQL and Oracle data base technologies has lead to the development of numerous new product features and resulted in the latest data base optimization techniques.

OSL is excited to have Jorge as a member of the management team and benefits from Jorge’s 15 years of software development expertise.
